Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT)
The PBT is an innovative body conditioning and strengthening programme designed to help students understand the depth of training muscle memory in achieving their personal best. This programme helps students to recognise and improve on their core stability, weight placement and alignment which are key elements in Dance. It also helps individual in sculpting their body, helping them achieve enhanced flexibility and improve on their muscular strength. In TDS, we integrate the PBT programme into our Dance Classes to enable students across the board improve on their Classical Ballet Technique, which in turn will prepare them for Ballet Competitions, Examinations or create a platform to help each individual grow and thrive in the World of Dance!
